D-Day! SULAM
SULAM DAY
D-Day which is SULAM day, is the day we waiting for months, all the preparations done just for this day. Our team had the chance to introduce primary students to the fascinating field of artificial intelligence (AI). The entire day was devoted to a variety of interactive exercises meant to stimulate young minds while teaching them about artificial intelligence. Since Alwin and Aiman are assigned to the Technical Bureau while Raphael is the Treasurer but also PIC for the Technical Bureau, Our group's task is to prepare the stage, PA system, and Event Closure.
GATHERING
We start our morning with a gathering in KPPIM parking in front of He&She. We are waiting for the bus and to arrive at the bus station.
After waiting for a while, the bus still did not come, and as Technical Bureau and other relevant Bureaus needed to come to the site early to prepare for the venue. We went to the school while carpooling in Dr. Saidatul Rahah's car.
PREPARATION FOR EVENT
As everybody arrived the students already gathered inside the hall. Our group that was tasked with technical stuff did our part that morning to make sure the PA system worked smoothly. We are led by Ahmad Sulaymann. We start to prepare the PA system and install the SULAM banner while setting up the projector. Then we have our breakfast before kickstarting the event.

OTHER TASKs
After we have done our part as Technical Bureau, we start to help other groups to set up their part. The most memorable was our help on the feedback team, since they're only a few people attended that day, we started to help them distribute stickers to the school's students for their feedback session in the event. We also act as AJK TTK (Tugas-Tugas Khas) which helps anything needed after did our part.
Closing Event
After all the activities for SULAM day come to an end, The Closing event is conducted to close the day. This is the most crucial part of the day and the Technical Bureau is the most important bureau to ensure this event went smoothly.
WRAP-UP
After the event, we start to wrap the stage tidy up all the tools we bring to the event and make sure the place is clean from any foreign substances. we start to store the PA system tools including the microphone and projector.
Finally, we wrap up with a video before starting to ride a bus to go back to the faculty.
It's been a tiring and fun day that we able to spend with the students and team.
Can't say we do not make mistakes, but this is a learning process for us in handling events, all the challenges happened for a reason such as the montage video preparation getting delayed but still being able to finish before the closing event started. We were still able to overcome the challenge and able to stay positive and work as a group to complete the event with as minimal inconvenience as much as possible.
Can't believe this is our last event for the degree and might be the last time we gather as Degree students. As a final year student, this is the most memorable thing that happened in our university life.
We would like to extend my sincere gratitude Dr, Saidatul Rahah, Dr. Nurzeatul Hamimah and Miss Nadzirah Hasri for their invaluable support and guidance throughout this event. Their expertise and insights were instrumental in shaping the direction and success of this class and teams. We also like to thank all the people involved in this event including the students and teachers from the school. We sincerely like to apologize if there are wrongdoings from us.
